Impact Hollins was listed as a full participant for Wednesday's walkthrough practice and has been dealing with the shoulder issue for a couple weeks. The veteran wideout reeled in all five of his targets for 30 yards and one touchdown last Sunday against Miami. Hollins' Friday participation will be more telling for his Sunday availability against the Colts.

Curtis Samuel - Stays limited Thursday Samuel (pectoral) remained limited in Thursday's practice.

Impact After missing Week 8 with the injury, Samuel was able to play last Sunday against the Dolphins, seeing 26 percent of the offensive snaps. Samuel finished with zero catches on one target versus Miami and has totaled a 12-92-0 receiving line on 19 targets this season. He's well off the fantasy radar with his current role.

Amari Cooper - Another limited listing Cooper (wrist) remained limited at practice Thursday.

Impact Cooper, who was inactive for this past Sunday's win over the Dolphins, was also limited in Wednesday's walk-through and he'll presumably need to practice fully Friday in order to approach this weekend's game against the Colts without an injury designation. The same applies to fellow WRs Keon Coleman (wrist, DNP on Thursday), Mack Hollins (shoulder, LP) and Curtis Samuel (pectoral, LP).

Impact Per Alaina Getzenberg of ESPN.com, Coleman - who was deemed a 'DNP' in Wednesday's walk-through -- did work on the side Thursday, but at this stage the wideout's status for Sunday's game against the Colts is cloudy as deals with a wrist issue that could cost him some time. He'll have one more chance to practice before the Bills' final Week 10 injury report is posted. Meanwhile, fellow wideout Amari Cooper (wrist) -- who was inactive this past Sunday against Miami -- Curtis Samuel (pectoral) and Mack Hollins (shoulder) were all listed as limited practice participants Thursday.

Impact Toohill recorded one tackle across 21 total snaps (11 defensive and 10 on special teams) before sustaining a knee injury in the Bills' Week 9 win over the Dolphins. Wednesday's full practice suggests that he's already moved past the issue, and he's expected to keep contributing on both defense and special teams when the Bills travel to Indianapolis in Week 10.

Kaiir Elam - Limited Wednesday Elam (shoulder) was a limited participant in Wednesday's practice.

Impact The 2022 first-round pick from Florida played a season-high 57 defensive snaps and recorded five total tackles in the Bills' Week 9 win over the Dolphins. However, it appears he picked up a shoulder injury in the process. Elam's participation Thursday and Friday will likely provide the best indication of whether he can play through the issue in Sunday's matchup against the Colts.

Christian Benford - Practices in full Wednesday Benford (wrist) was estimated as a full participant for Buffalo's walk-through practice Wednesday.

Impact Benford sat out of Sunday's game versus the Dolphins with a wrist injury, but Wednesday's injury report bodes well for his chances of suiting up in Week 10. If he can practice in full Thursday or Friday, he'll probably be able to avoid carrying an injury designation into the weekend.

Impact Gilliam was also listed as a limited participant on the Bills' first official practice report for Week 9 before he ultimately sat out Sunday versus the Dolphins. He'll likely have to practice in full Thursday or Friday to avoid carrying an injury designation into the weekend.

Impact Samuel missed Week 8 with the same injury but play in Sunday's 30-27 win over the Dolphins. He's gotten four or fewer targets and no more than one carry in each game this season, with just one instance of topping 37 percent snap share. Samuel typically plays only 25-40 percent of the snaps on offense even if the Bills have injury concerns at his position (which is the cast this week with both Amari Cooper and Keon Coleman nursing wrist injuries).

Impact Phillips was released by Dallas on Tuesday, but it didn't take long for him to get another chance with a different team. This will be his third stint with the Bills, for whom he recorded 15 tackles (10 solo) including 2.5 sacks last season.

Impact Coleman, who injured his wrist in this past Sunday's win over the Dolphins, is still being evaluated, per head coach Sean McDermott. While Getzenberg notes that at this stage Coleman is not ruled out for this weekend's game against the Colts, it looks like the wideout could miss some time, with McDermott acknowledging that the issue could affect the 2024 second-rounder "more than just this week."
