First off, I cannot express how grateful I am to you for posting these samples. They have been so helpful in providing insight into building an effective resume.
My Name is Puneet Kaur Saluja and I am an international student pursuing an MBA in Project Management from the University of Adelaide. I am a final-year student and actively pursuing internship prospects.
I also am a seasoned Project Manager with a relevant experience of 5 years and counting. I have great expertise in Project Planning & Implementation, Project Costing & Budgeting, Agile, Scrum, and Service Improvement.
I have been actively applying for jobs in Australia and unfortunately so far have had no luck in getting one. I anticipated that one of the reasons for so many rejections was the work hour restrictions on my VISA type so I’m actively looking for contractual and part-time roles.
I have spoken to many people and I believe that my resume lacks the sense of perfection which attracts the immediate attention of the recruiters.
