Paid the authorized dealer $120 for a replacement seat pan and it’s like new. I find it much more comfortable than my old Aeron, but I agree – it doesn’t really feel like a luxury chair.

TBH I liked my old cheap crappy cushion chair when I started working onsite, but the Mirra 2 seems to work pretty well as well and I do like it as an office chair at work these days…. of course I didn’t have to pay anything for it, so I don;t have to the cost vs benefit calc like retail buyers.
