Hi Matt, man, this is music to my ears. Enjoy! I’m writing my response to you while sitting in MY Leap V2, ha!

It’s funny, I have 5 chairs in my office right now, and can order any one I want, but I keep coming back to this one.

But as my physio keeps reminding me – a chair won’t ‘save’ your back. Mobility is key. Plenty of videos on Youtube show how to keep your lower back happy.

Hey Steven, after months of agonising over which chair to wager my spine on for the next however many years, I went with the Steelcase Leap V2 based on this article, untested, the first time i sat on it was at delivery from Steelcase. I have to say I cannot be happier, I absolutely love it. I find it extremely comfortable. I cannot fathom how or why anyone wouldn’t like the Leap V2, and I have read a lot of the negative reviews. I don’t find the lumbar to be too aggressive at all, and I have it on the hardest setting, or the seat too firm. I love the recline too, it doesn’t feel strange to me at all that the seat slides forward a little, if anything it feels like that’s what it should be doing. Maybe at a slimish 183cm the chair is just build for my body type, but I just cannot fault it. Cheers!

Yes, I love the look of the digital knit – but it wasn’t available in Australia when I bought mine. I must drop into the showroom at some point to check it out. Did you choose it for your chair?
