Hi Lisa, sorry to hear about the challenges. How many roles have you applied to so far? Any interviews?

Comment on 15 Best Ergonomic Office Chairs In Australia [Controversial] by Steven McConnell https://arielle.com.au/best-ergonomic-office-chair/#comment-70824 Tue, 04 Aug 2026 00:17:07 +0000 https://arielle.com.au/?post_type=review&p=77739#comment-70824 In reply to Matt.

Hi Matt, man, this is music to my ears. Enjoy! I’m writing my response to you while sitting in MY Leap V2, ha!

It’s funny, I have 5 chairs in my office right now, and can order any one I want, but I keep coming back to this one.

But as my physio keeps reminding me – a chair won’t ‘save’ your back. Mobility is key. Plenty of videos on Youtube show how to keep your lower back happy.

I have to say I cannot be happier, I absolutely love it. I find it extremely comfortable. I cannot fathom how or why anyone wouldn’t like the Leap V2, and I have read a lot of the negative reviews. I don’t find the lumbar to be too aggressive at all, and I have it on the hardest setting, or the seat too firm. I love the recline too, it doesn’t feel strange to me at all that the seat slides forward a little, if anything it feels like that’s what it should be doing. Maybe at a slimish 183cm the chair is just build for my body type, but I just cannot fault it. Cheers!

Comment on Will Flexible Working Policies Backfire On Employers? by George Porter https://arielle.com.au/will-flexible-working-policies-lead-to-a-loss-of-top-talent/#comment-68250 Mon, 29 Jun 2026 03:46:28 +0000 https://arielle.com.au/?p=12464#comment-68250 I especially appreciated how the article links self-regulation directly to team performance—it’s rare to see that connection spelled out so clearly. Having seen teams struggle with miscommunication during high-stakes projects, I’ve noticed that leaders who pause before reacting often de-escalate tension before it impacts output. That practical cause-and-effect really resonates with what I’ve observed in real work settings.

Hi Mark, yes, it’s a great hack. The DualAir also looks promising – I haven’t gotten my hands on one yet.

Hey Harry, I’m responding to you while sitting in *my* Fern, ha 🙂 Great to hear that you’ve found my ramblings useful. Yes, I love the look of the digital knit – but it wasn’t available in Australia when I bought mine. I must drop into the showroom at some point to check it out. Did you choose it for your chair? If so, what do you think?
