Thanks, Jason. Both standing desks are great, and while StandDesk is a bit lighter, the difference is unlikely to be consequential in the real world. I wouldn’t go with the Essential version of the StandDesk personally, as I love having a wireless charger.

Fantastic review, i’m also in the middle of choosing a standing desk and i currently am trying to decide between Updown Desk and StandDesk. I heard back from stand desk and they claim their frame is 18kg (legs) + 20.5kg which makes them less than 3kg lighter than the updown desk if their numbers are real. Their pro frame is priced at 749 which makes them 110 cheaper than the updown desk at 859 and they include the wireless charger and cable management tray. 650 gets us the essential frame, cable management tray and no wireless charger.
Based on your experience with the 2 desks, which one would you recommend?
