Vikings-Packers preview and prediction: NFC North rivalry is reinvented The Vikings will try to get to 4-0 and stay in sole possession of first place in the NFC North against Green Bay, which has won two straight...

Listed as questionable Love (knee) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Vikings, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.
Impact Love was a limited participant in each practice this week and now heads into the weekend looking truly questionable ahead of a 1:00 p.m. ET kickoff. He was also listed as questionable the past two games, but for Week 2 he was downgraded to doubtful and for Week 3 there were early reports suggesting he wouldn't play. This time around it looks like closer to 50/50, with the Packers perhaps inclined to be less cautious than usual on account of the divisional matchup against an undefeated rival. QB Malik Willis will make his third straight start if Love doesn't end up playing.

Stays limited Friday Coach Matt LaFleur said Love (knee) was limited at Friday's practice, Bill Huber of SI.com reports.
Impact LaFleur also was non-committal about Love's potential to play Sunday against the Vikings. Once the Packers post their final Week 4 injury report later Friday, Love likely will be listed as questionable, as he was last week. If Love is unable to suit up this weekend, Malik Willis again will be under center for Green Bay.

Vikings put their unbeaten record on the line as they visit the NFC North-rival Packers

The Minnesota Vikings already have emerged as one of the NFL’s biggest surprises by winning their first three games after being a consensus pick to finish last in the NFC North

Remains limited in practice Love (knee) was a limited participant in Thursday's practice, Tom Silverstein of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports. "We'll see," head coach Matt LaFleur said, when asked about...
Impact Love continues to work his way back from the Grade 1-to-2 MCL sprain he sustained in the Sept. 6 loss to the Eagles, and he looks to have a chance at meeting the short end of his projected 3-to-6-week recovery timeline. He's now been a limited participant in six consecutive practices, and while the Packers haven't indicated that Love has experienced any setbacks with his knee, he may need to turn in a full practice Friday to avoid being viewed as anything more than a game-time call leading up to Sunday. Malik Willis has presided over the Green Bay offense for the last two games and will stay prepared for another start under center this weekend if the Packers' franchise signal-caller isn't cleared to return to the lineup.

Was close to suiting up in Week 3 Love (knee), who was officially limited at Wednesday's practice, said he was "pretty close" to playing this past Sunday in Tennessee, Matt Schneidman of The Athletic reports.
Impact Love was able to parlay three limited sessions last week into a questionable designation for Week 3 action, and he even put in a lengthy pregame warmup prior to the Packers issuing their list of inactives ahead of Sunday's game. Still, the team exercised caution with its franchise quarterback and rolled with QB Malik Willis, who was able to secure a second victory in as many chances in place of Love. On Wednesday, Love noted, "We're building it up for sure. Every day is a little bit better." He also relayed that he's "definitely" moving around better, which was corroborated by Ryan Wood of USA Today. Love will have two more opportunities to get back to full this week before the team potentially makes a ruling on his availability for Sunday's game against the Vikings.

Jordan Love Injury Update: Packers superstar gets intriguing update | Sporting News The Green Bay Packers have been without the services of their superstar quarterback, Jordan Love, since Week 1.
SEPTEMBER 25 • SPORTINGNEWS.COM
Limited Wednesday, as expected Coach Matt LaFleur said Wednesday that Love (knee) practiced in a limited capacity and is making progress, Bill Huber of SI.com reports.
Impact Love is still practicing with his left knee wrapped, per Ryan Wood of USA Today, but his mobility looked improved at Wednesday's session. The Packers haven't yet announced whether Love or backup Malik Willis will start Sunday's divisional matchup against the Vikings, but it's encouraging to see the franchise quarterback progressing as expected. Love will have two more opportunities to upgrade to 'full' participation Week 4, and Green Bay may not make a final decision about the quarterback position until after the week's practices have concluded.

Will start week limited Packers head coach Matt LaFleur said Monday that Love (knee) will be limited in practice to begin Week 4, Bill Huber of SI.com reports.
Impact LaFleur said Love managed to take some team reps last week and that the team will take his injury "day by day" heading into a key divisional matchup against the Vikings on Sunday, per Rob Demovsky of ESPN.com. Backup Malik Willis has performed adequately with Love sidelined, allowing the Packers to rack up two wins in his two starts, but the team won't hesitate to turn back to its franchise quarterback as soon as he's healthy. Love logged a trio of limited practices prior to being ruled out Week 3, so he may have to log at least one full session in order to be cleared to face Minnesota.

Sitting out again in Week 3 Love (knee) is listed as inactive Sunday at Tennessee, Mike Spofford of the Packers' official site reports.
Impact Love seemingly put himself in a position to return after cobbling together three consecutive limited sessions during Week 3 prep, but the Packers will exercise caution and not rush back their franchise quarterback as he recovers from a sprained left MCL that he suffered in the season opener against the Eagles. He'll instead turn his focus to a Week 4 matchup with the Vikings, while Malik Willis will draw his second start in a row Sunday in place of Love.
SEPTEMBER 22 • ROTOWIRE
Likely to sit out Sunday Love (knee) hasn't yet been ruled out for Sunday's Week 3 game against Tennessee, but he's not expected to play, Tom Pelissero of NFL Network reports.
Impact Love was a limited practice participant all week and was deemed questionable on Friday's injury report, with Packers coach Matt LaFleur indicating that the quarterback could be a game-time decision. However, Pelissero reports that while Love is "getting closer" to being able to return, he'll likely be held out at least one more contest. If that is indeed the case, Malik Willis will get a second straight start with Sean Clifford serving as his backup.

Impact Love hasn't been medically cleared but apparently still could be before Sunday's 1:00 p.m. ET kickoff. He was a limited practice participant Friday, same as the two previous days, after being held out entirely last week ahead of an absence for the eventual win over Indianapolis. Malik Willis will make another start at QB if Love is out again Week 3.
