Do You Sound Like A Robot?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Modern AI-powered Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) go beyond matching keywords in your resume to the job descriptions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>They rank your resume by analysing the clarity of your language and the flow of your story.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yes, they&#8217;re assessing your communication skills:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"arrow-wrapper\"><div class=\"arrow-list\"><ul><li><strong>Vague language,<\/strong> repetition and numb phrases count against you.<\/li><li><strong>Confident, simple,<\/strong> structured lines of thought count in your favour.<\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Create contrast by mixing short and long sentences.
