You know, the one that opened with a &#8220;Strategic Objective&#8221; and talked about your &#8220;results-oriented&#8221; and &#8220;dynamic&#8221; nature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you apply for a serious role with a resume like this in 2026, you can expect to hear silence. A lukewarm conversation with a bored recruiter at most.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Why the change? I&#8217;m glad you asked. I bet you have. <\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>And if you wanted to demonstrate your ability to deliver ROI on AI infrastructure, think of times you made confident bets on unproven technology &#8211; and won.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Don&#8217;t make the mistake of simply sprinkling &#8220;AI&#8221;, &#8220;resilience&#8221; and &#8220;transformation&#8221; throughout your executive resume.
