Solid referees are vital for a successful job application. You must have a list of references who can verify to a potential employer your capabilities and skills while offering a constructive perspective on your strengths and weaknesses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

However, job seekers experience a great deal of confusion when faced with the question of whether to include referees on the last page of their resume.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
