Start here:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"arrow-wrapper\"><div class=\"arrow-list\"><ul><li><strong>Ability to operate physical equipment<\/strong>, machinery, hardware or manual processes (e.g., license to operate a tower crane).<\/li><li><strong>Proficiency in software<\/strong>, apps and digital tools for analysis, design and productivity (e.g., advanced MS Excel skills).<\/li><li><strong>Computer skills<\/strong> across the tech stack (e.g., deep knowledge of Ruby on Rails syntax). <\/li><li><strong>Level of fluency in a foreign language<\/strong> (e.g., ability to translate from German to Spanish).<\/li><li><strong>Specialised techniques<\/strong> such as scientific methods or mathematical modelling (e.g., experience with quadratic models\u00a0for large signal applications).<\/li><li><strong>Knowledge of methodologies<\/strong> (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma) and professional standards.<\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>How To Showcase Your Skills Through Achievements.<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The CAR technique is an effective and straightforward way to communicate your skills in a way that captures recruiters&#8217; hearts, minds, and eyes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For each skill you\u2019re seeking to highlight, begin by asking yourself these 3 questions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"arrow-wrapper\"><div class=\"arrow-list\"><ul><li><strong>Challenge:<\/strong>\u00a0what big challenges have you faced relative to this skill?
