INJURIES

Denzel Perryman - Upgrades to limited Thursday Perryman (toe) was limited in Thursday's practice, Kris Rhim of ESPN.com reports.
Impact Perryman logged a DNP on Wednesday, so he's trending in the right direction ahead of Sunday's date with the Titans. The veteran linebacker has started all eight games this season, logging 47 tackles (34 solo), including 1.0 sacks, and three QB hits.

Chargers vs. Titans Injury Report – Week 10, 2024
Khalil Mack - Doesn't practice Wednesday Mack (groin) did not practice Wednesday.
Impact Mack may have picked up the injury during the Chargers' 27-10 win over the Browns this past Sunday. He'll have two more chances to return to practice this week ahead of Sunday's game against the Titans. Through the Chargers' first eight games of the regular season, Mack has logged 26 tackles (12 solo), including 4.5 sacks, five pass breakups, two forced fumbles and one fumble recovery.
NOVEMBER 6 • ROTOWIRE
Denzel Perryman - Logs DNP on Wednesday Perryman (toe) didn't practice Wednesday.
Impact Perryman was able to suit up for the Chargers' Week 9 win over the Browns after logging a DNP/DNP/LP progression during practice that week, so Wednesday's DNP is likely precautionary. However, if the veteran linebacker is unable to practice both Thursday and Friday, he could be in line to miss Los Angeles' Week 10 matchup against the Titans.
NOVEMBER 6 • ROTOWIRE
Kristian Fulton - Misses Wednesday's practice Fulton (hamstring) didn't practice Wednesday.
Impact Fulton was sidelined for the Chargers' Week 9 win over the Browns after sustaining a hamstring injury the week prior, and Wednesday's DNP is likely an indication that he's in jeopardy of missing even more time. If the LSU product can't upgrade to at least limited participation Thursday or Friday, Tarheeb Still and Dicaprio Bootle could see increased work in the Chargers' secondary.
NOVEMBER 6 • ROTOWIRE
Ja'Sir Taylor - Begins week with DNP Taylor (lower leg) didn't practice Wednesday.
Impact Taylor sustained an injury to his fibula in the Chargers' Week 9 win over the Browns, so missing Wednesday's practice comes as no surprise. The third-year pro is likely in jeopardy of missing his third game of the season in Week 10's matchup against the Titans if he's unable to practice in at least a limited fashion either Thursday or Friday.
NOVEMBER 6 • ROTOWIRE
Stone Smartt - Limited to open week Smartt (ankle) was a limited participant in Wednesday's practice.
Impact Smartt was unable to practice all of last week due to an ankle injury, which caused him to be sidelined for Week 9 against the Browns. He was able to return to practice Wednesday, and he'll have two more chances to increase his participation ahead of Sunday's game against the Titans.
NOVEMBER 6 • ROTOWIRE
Gus Edwards - Limited in return to practice Edwards (ankle) was a limited participant in practice Wednesday.
Impact Edwards returned to practice Wednesday after having his 21-day window to be activated from injured reserve opened. He could return to game action as soon as Sunday's game against the Titans, but the Chargers would first have to add Edwards back to the 53-man roster in an official move. Regardless of Edwards' availability, J.K. Dobbins should continue to lead the team's backfield Sunday.
NOVEMBER 6 • ROTOWIRE
DJ Chark Jr. - Off injury report Chark (groin) is not listed on the Chargers' Week 10 injury report.
Impact The Chargers activated Chark from injured reserve this past Saturday, but he was inactive versus the Browns a day later. Now that he's off the team's injury report altogether, Chark appears poised to make his season debut this weekend against the Titans, bolstering a wideout corps currently headed by Ladd McConkey, Quentin Johnston and Joshua Palmer.

Junior Colson - Shifts to IR Colson (ankle) was placed on injured reserve Wednesday, Kris Rhim of ESPN.com reports.
Impact Colson sustained an ankle injury in the Chargers' Week 9 win over the Browns, and his placement on IR on Wednesday suggests the issue is serious. The 2024 third-round pick from Michigan recorded 14 total tackles and one pass defended across six games before his injury. He'll now be forced to miss the Chargers next four games, with his earliest possible return coming in Week 14's matchup against the Chiefs.
NOVEMBER 6 • ROTOWIRE
Gus Edwards - Practice window opening Week 10 Edwards (ankle) had his 21-day practice window to return from injured reserve opened Wednesday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.
Impact Edwards hasn't played since prior to the Chargers' Week 5 bye, but he's eligible to return from IR and will resume practicing ahead of the team's Week 10 home game against the Titans. He'll presumably be added back to the active roster prior to the expiration of the 21-day practice window, at which point Edwards should slide in as the backup to J.K. Dobbins based on their usage early in the season.
NOVEMBER 6 • ROTOWIRE
Jalen Reagor - Promoted to active roster The Chargers signed Reagor from their practice squad to the 53-man roster Wednesday, Kris Rhim of ESPN.com reports.
Impact Reagor has been elevated from the practice squad for the Chargers' last three contests, and now he's found his way into a more permanent position on the active roster. However, as long as Ladd McConkey, Quentin Johnston and Joshua Palmer are all healthy, it's not likely that any other Chargers wideout will register on the fantasy radar this season.
NOVEMBER 6 • ROTOWIRE
Simi Fehoko - Placed on IR The Chargers placed Fehoko (elbow) on injured reserve Wednesday, Kris Rhim of ESPN.com reports.
Impact Fehoko was injured during Sunday's win over the Browns and will now miss at least four games. His earliest possible date for a return is Week 14 at Kansas City (Dec. 8), with the upcoming absence potentially freeing up more snaps for Joshua Palmer, DJ Chark (groin), Jalen Reagor and/or Derius Davis. Rookie Ladd McConkey is locked in as the No. 1 target, with Quentin Johnston having also been a regular starter when healthy.

Hayden Hurst - Minimal involvement in Week 9 Hurst caught his lone target for six yards in Sunday's 27-10 win over the Browns.
Impact After missing the past two games with a groin injury, Hurst returned to a limited role as a backup tight end in Los Angeles behind teammate Will Dissly. In six games this season, Hurst has totaled just seven catches for 65 yards. His minimal production should keep him far off the fantasy radar heading into a Week 10 matchup against the Titans.
NOVEMBER 6 • ROTOWIRE
Will Dissly - Targeted three times in win Dissly caught two of his three targets for nine yards in Sunday's 27-10 win over the Browns.
Impact Dissly led all Chargers tight ends in offensive snaps Sunday, playing 39 of 57 offensive snaps in the contest. Fellow tight ends Eric Tomlinson and Hayden Hurst played 16 and eight snaps, respectively. Dissly's nine yards accounted for his lowest mark of the season, as the veteran has been mostly underwhelming through eight games. Based on his inconsistent and modest production, Dissly is best ignored for fantasy purposes heading into a Week 10 matchup against the Titans.
NOVEMBER 6 • ROTOWIRE
Kimani Vidal - Limited action in Week 9 Vidal carried the ball five time for seven yards in Sunday's 27-10 win over the Browns.
Impact Vidal played 11 of the Chargers' 57 offensive snaps Sunday, well behind starter J.K. Dobbins (42). The rookie running back's seven total yards were the fewest he's gained in a game this season. If Gus Edwards (ankle) returns from injured reserve soon, Vidal's limited role would likely become even more inconsistent. The 23-year-old is best ignored for fantasy purposes going forward barring an injury to Dobbins. The Chargers will host the Titans in Week 10.
NOVEMBER 6 • ROTOWIRE
Khalil Mack - Sacks Winston in Week 9 Mack finished Sunday's 27-10 win over the Browns with four tackles (two solo), including 1.0 sacks, and one forced fumble.
Impact Mack caused Jameis Winston to fumble the ball on a six-yard sack late in the first quarter, which the latter was able to recover. It was Mack's second straight game recording a sack, and through eight regular-season games he's up to 26 tackles (12 solo), including 4.5 sacks, five pass breakups, two forced fumbles and one fumble recovery.
