Derek Stingley Jr. - Dealing with hip injury Stingley (hip) was listed as a DNP on Thursday's injury report, DJ Bien-Aime of ESPN.com reports.

Impact Stingley played all 62 defensive snaps during the Texans' Week 10 loss to the Lions and finished the game with two tackles (one solo) and one pass defense. However, it appears he may have picked up a hip injury in the process, which prevented him from practicing Thursday. Stingley will have two more chances to increase his practice participation this week ahead of Monday's game against the Cowboys.

Kamari Lassiter - Remains in concussion protocols Lassiter (concussion) was listed as a DNP on Thursday's injury report, DJ Bien-Aime of ESPN.com reports.

Impact Lassiter was diagnosed with a concussion during Houston's Week 10 loss to Detroit, which prevented him from practicing Thursday. Even if Lassiter was able to return to practice over the next two days, that doesn't guarantee he will be able to pass through the league's five-step concussion protocols in time to play against Dallas on Monday. Ka'dar Hollman saw increased snaps on defense in Week 10 following Lassiter's exit, and the former finished with four solo tackles across 25 defensive snaps.

Folorunso Fatukasi - DNP on Thursday Fatukasi (foot) did not practice Thursday, DJ Bien-Aime of ESPN.com reports.

Impact Fatukasi was knocked out of Sunday's game against the Lions due to a foot injury. He'll have two more chances to return to practice ahead of Monday night's game against Dallas. If Fatukasi is unable to play, Kurt Hinish would likely start at defensive tackle Monday alongside Tim Settle.

Will Anderson Jr. - Doesn't practice Thursday Anderson (ankle) was listed as a DNP on Thursday's injury report, DJ Bien-Aime of ESPN.com reports.

Impact Anderson has been unable to practice since injuring his ankle during the Texans' Week 9 loss to the Jets. The 2023 first-round pick will have two more chances this week to practice in at least a limited capacity to give himself a shot at playing Monday against the Cowboys. Denico Autry and Derek Barnett will continue to see increased reps on defensive alongside Danielle Hunter for as long as Anderson is sidelined.

Nico Collins - Logs limited practice Thursday Collins (hamstring) was a limited practice participant Thursday.

Impact Collins, who the Texans had placed on injured reserve Oct. 9, was designated to return from IR this past Friday and then logged one limited practice ahead of Sunday night's loss to the Lions, a game that he was inactive for. With the wideout poised to practice all week ahead of Monday night's contest against the Cowboys, he's trending toward seeing his first game action since Oct. 6, when he suffered a pulled hamstring versus the Bills. Now that Collins has moved past his injury, he's in line to reclaim his high-volume role as the top option in a Houston wideout corps that also features Tank Dell, with Xavier Hutchinson, John Metchie and Robert Woods also in the mix. In the five games he's played in this season, Collins has put up a 32/567/3 receiving line on 45 targets.

Impact Pierce, who has missed two straight games, didn't practice ahead of Week 10 action, so the running back's participation in Thursday's session bodes well for his chances of being available Monday night against the Cowboys. Impact Last Friday, Collins was cleared for his first practice since Week 5, then was listed as questionable ahead of Sunday's game versus the Lions. Though he was activated from injured reserve Saturday, Collins was still considered a game-time decision leading up to Sunday, with the Texans ultimately making him inactive ahead of the 26-23 loss. According to Jonathan M. Alexander of the Houston Chronicle, Ryans said that Collins didn't suffer a setback with his right hamstring injury upon practicing in a limited fashion Friday, as the Texans seemingly wanted him to get in some more reps during the upcoming week before clearing him for a return to game action. Assuming Collins practices Thursday through Saturday without issue, he'll likely approach the Week 11 game in Dallas without a designation and shouldn't face any limitations with his snaps as Houston's No. 1 wideout. Collins led the NFL with 567 receiving yards through the first five weeks of the season before missing the last five games with the injury.

Mario Edwards Jr. - Reinstated by NFL The NFL reinstated Edwards from his four-game suspension Monday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.

Impact Edwards was suspended Oct. 14 for violating the NFL's substance abuse policy, but he's since served his time and missed the Texans' last four contests. The veteran defensive lineman recorded 18 total tackles, including 2.0 sacks, and one pass defended through six appearances before his suspension. He's expected to play in Sunday's matchup against the Cowboys; however, he must still be activated to the Texans' active roster in order to suit up.
